What size cap should I get?+
Most of our truckers and dad caps are one-size with an adjustable snapback or strap, fitting roughly 55–61cm. Buckets and surf hats come in S/M and L/XL. Each product page has a size & fit guide with measurements.
Where are your caps made?+
We work with Legend Life and AS Colour, both established Australian headwear suppliers. Caps are ethically manufactured offshore to their standards, then decorated and shipped from our Burleigh Heads workshop.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — New Zealand and the rest of the world. Tracked, with duties payable on arrival. See the Shipping page for rates and timing.
How does the Father's Day gift flow work?+
Head to the Father's Day page, pick one cap for your old man and one for yourself, and use code OLDMAN at checkout for 20% off the pair. We'll ship them in one parcel or to separate addresses — just leave a note at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?+
Only one promo code per order. Free shipping over $80 stacks automatically when you hit the threshold, no code needed.
What if my cap arrives damaged or wrong?+
Email hello@dadhatco.com.au with a photo and your order number within 7 days. We'll replace it and cover all postage. No quiz, no hassle.
Do you take wholesale, club, or corporate orders?+
Yes — minimum 20 caps. We do custom decoration for footy clubs, trades, dad groups and small businesses. Drop us a line via the contact page with what you're after.
How do I share my story?+
