By using this site or buying from us, you're agreeing to the following. Short version: be decent and we'll do the same.
Who We Are
Dad Hat Co. is an Australian-owned business operating from Queensland, Australia. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Dad Hat Co.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a price was listed incorrectly or stock isn't available. You'll get a full refund if we cancel.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments, PayPal or other available methods. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.

Covered in detail on our Shipping page and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Dad Hat Co. name, logo, product designs, photography and site content are ours. Don't copy them for commercial use without written permission. Reposting on social with credit is welcome.
User Content
If you submit a story to /share or tag us in a photo, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reshare it (with credit) on our site and social channels. You can ask us to take it down any time.
Liability
Our caps are caps, not safety equipment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in Queensland courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL.
